Design Office
Voltage Engineering Limited has a Design Office in the Centre of
Doha with well experienced Design Engineers, Draughtsmen, Surveyors
headed by a Principal Design Engineer and equipped with modern computer
software with CAD system on a Pentium based network and AUTO CAD
2002 for 2D and 3D drawing.
Engineering and Detailed Design
We are also equipped with in-house engineering and design department
for EPIC projects which is multi-disciplinal and multi-locational.

Procurement Cell
We have a procurement cell having qualified Engineers and supporting
staff to plan, procure and deliver necessary materials and equipment
required for the project. The responsibilities of Procurement
Cell are -
a) Floating enquiries to various suppliers / manufacturers.
b) Evaluate commercial and technical offer received from various
suppliers.
c) Select proper materials required for the Project based on better
quality and price.
d) Prepare technical submittals for client’s approval.
e) Negotiate with suppliers for price, delivery period and place
order.
f) Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery of materials in
time according to the site requirements.
g) Purchase sundry materials locally for day to day requirements
of the project.
Stores & Store Yard
Our Main Store is located at Maither having large facilities to
store all brought out materials and equipment. We have constructed
necessary stores hangars and fenced yard in our own land which have
the following facilities :
a) 20M x 40M Stores Hangars having sufficient racks to store
all materials.
b) 20M x 20M Air-conditioned Stores for keeping sensitive equipment
and materials.
c) 100M x 100M Fenced Cable Yard for storing cables, and heavy
equipment.
d) 20M x 40M open sheds for storing Transformers, Lighting Poles,
etc.
e) Air-conditioned Porta-cabins having computer facilities for
store-keepers and store clerks.
Facilities at Dukhan Industrial Area
a) Accommodation facility suitable for 400 Nos. workers.
b) Closed shed for Stores and Workshop.
c) Fenced Yard for Cable Drum, Lighting Poles and other Civil
materials.
Garage
We have a well-equipped garage for maintaining heavy equipment
and vehicles owned by our Company.
The garage in-charge is responsible for receiving complaints and
arrange necessary repairing and maintenance of all vehicles and
equipment. Routine maintenance and servicing of all vehicles and
equipment are done at the garage.
Workshop & Fabrication Yard
We have a well-equipped Workshop and Fabrication Yard located in
our complex at Maither.
All necessary equipment such as Welding Transformers, Welding Generators,
Cutting Machines, Work Benches, Stand Drills, Bench Grinders, Compressors,
Gas Cutters, Bending Machines, Hand Tools etc. are properly maintained
to carry out necessary fabrication, painting, repairing etc. to
meet all requirements of the Project.
